Our Services
- Why should I use iTheeSnap.com for my wedding cameras?
We know how much work it is orchestrating a wedding. That’s why we take care of everything for you: camera shipping, return shipping, film development, 4” x 6” prints, DVD slideshow, a website with photos for viewing and download and even an online guestbook. We even provide all the pre-printed invitation cards to give to your guests, complete with an access code to view your online gallery. And unlike many of our competitors, we use only NEW Fujifilm® cameras fully loaded with 27 exposures. That’s Fujifilm®, as in drop-dead gorgeous colors, crisp detail and easy of use. And we do it at a competitive price that leaves you free to complete other tasks, like picking that cake frosting and deciding where to seat Uncle Ed at the reception.
- What about your costs?
Yes, we’re slightly more expensive than other wedding camera providers who charge only for cameras and shipping. But, when you add the time and expense of all of our included services, you’d be hard pressed to find a better deal. Consider the time and cost of purchasing quality new cameras, getting your photos developed, burning them to a DVD for digital use and archiving, and creating an access-code protected website so you can share those photos with all of your guests—all services included in your iTheeSnap.com wedding camera package. We have no hidden or extra costs—guaranteed.
- When should
I order wedding cameras?
At any time, though we recommend ordering at least one month
before your wedding date.
- How many pre-printed cards with the access code do I receive?
In the checkout process you tell us the number of guests at your wedding. You'll receive one card for every guest at your wedding.
- How does a pre-printed card with the access code look like?

Our Cameras
- What kind of cameras do you supply?
We provide as many brand new Fujifilm® disposable cameras as you need for your wedding. Unlike most wedding cameras available online, ours are never refurbished and use only top-quality Fujifilm® film for vivid color and crisp detail. We don’t skimp on film size either and provide a full 27 exposures per camera.
- How should
I store the wedding cameras?
Preferably in a cool and dry place.

Photos
- What kind
of prints will I receive?
We provide glossy 4” x 6” prints of all photos taken with the wedding cameras.
- Can my guests
order prints?
Yes. They can simply download the high-resolution photos they’d like to print from your website album. These JPEG images can then be printed at home, or through various online services or at your guests’ nearest photo lab. Direct print ordering from your website album is a feature
scheduled for future rollout.
- Do I get to keep the fim negatives?
Yes! Along with your prints and a Photo DVD, you will receive all negatives 5-10 business days after returning the cameras to iTheeSnap.com.
- What resolution are the digital images?
All photos are scanned at a resolution of 1800 x 1200 pixels (3:2 ratio). The average size of a
photo will be 1 Megabyte and stored in JPEG format for easy e-mailing, sharing and printing.
- What is a Photo-DVD?
Your Photo-DVD contains high-resolution scans of all of your
wedding photos for easy access from your DVD-equipped computer. Our Photo DVDs are playable on any
DVD player.
Web Album
- How does my Web Album work?
You’ll receive pre-printed cards containing web album access codes with your cameras to
distribute to your guests. You and your guest can then log-in to your web album using a web
browser to view photos, download high-resolution images and sign the online guestbook.
- How long will it take for my wedding photos to show up on my web album?
Please allow iTheeSnap.com 2-3 business days to process your photos after receipt of the
cameras. With postal transit times taken into account, it will take about a week to publish your
photos online after you dropped it off at the Post Office. If you try to access the web album before the photos are published you can
leave your email address and you will be notified the moment the photos are online.
- How do I keep my photos private?
Your web album is only accessible with a unique access code. Only those guests given the
access code will be able to view the online photos.
- How long will my web album and online photos be available?
Your photos will be available for online viewing for 1 year from the date the cameras are
returned to us.
- Can I edit my web album?
Yes! Every web album has a My Account section for customers only. Here you can write a
welcome message to your online guests and upload a photo of you and your partner. After we’ve
placed your photos online you’ll have the ability to delete photos from the web album or edit
the guestbook.
- I lost my password to the My Account section.
Simply click on ‘My Account’ and then ‘Forgot my password’. Enter the e-mail address you
have on file with us and we’ll send you your password.

be any other costs involved for the stated services.
- What forms of payment do you accept?

- Is your checkout process secure?
Yes. During checkout, you’ll notice that your browser displays both a lock icon and that our
address changes from http:// to https://, creating a completely encrypted connection between
your browser and our server.
- Your website isn’t accepting my credit card.
· Please double-check your correct credit card number and expiration date, and confirm that
the billing address you entered matches the billing zip code on file with your credit card
company. This is the most common error.
· If your card is at or near the credit or debit limit, it may be declined.
· Your credit card company may be refusing to validate your credit card. When you give us the
credit card number, we send it immediately to our credit card processor, who deals directly
with your credit card company. The credit card companies don't always tell us what is wrong or
why a card is being classified as invalid. If this is the case, please contact your credit card
company directly.
· A temporary technical problem with your browser, computer or the Internet can also cause
denials. Or, if you're trying to supply the number at a time when the iTheeSnap.com website is
undergoing routine maintenance, this can cause a denial, too. These types of problems will
disappear if you exit your browser and return in a few hours.
- Does iTheeSnap.com charge sales tax?
Only for orders shipped within the state of Illinois. (7.25%)
