We wanted to give you feedback on your service and website. First, let me assure you we are VERY pleased with your service, it’s all we had hoped for and everything your service advertised. This obviously has been well thought out and execution has been spot on. This is the best option for what we wanted: candid photos, nice cameras, great information included (website cards, camera covering, etc), worry free service, shipping to and from provided including shipping materials, excellent packaging and presentation, quick turnaround, superb website layout and very functional, wonderful idea to allow people who took the pictures to see what they took and now finally the prints themselves, negatives, and DVD with the pictures was icing on the cake. Being an unknown always causes some doubts, but now with the completion of the service, we couldn’t be happier with the results.

We have been going out of our way to tell people about your service because we feel it is so good and one less thing to have to worry about. The process is so simple for us while proving a complete solution for candid camera usage. Congratulations on a well thought our system/process that not only takes care of the larger picture, but shows a lot of thought into the little things: pre-printed cards for access, being able to control our own section of your provided website for editing including picture upload, being able to download the pictures, clear explanations of services, examples on the website, choices of camera coverings. The FAQ and website is full of information and makes it easy to understand what you are getting and how it is done. I’m sure if I thought about it some more I’d list even more things which clearly shows you all get it when it comes to providing a complete and easy to use service.

This was a wonderful service for our wedding! Our wedding took place on
Canandaigua Lake on Aug. 18th. We had a resort theme with an extremely casual
atmosphere complete with clams and shish-kabobs. For this reason, my husband
and I chose not to hire a professional photographer; instead we opted to have
his uncle take the formal photos and let our guests use the I thee snap
cameras on the tables. The results were outstanding! Our guests were
delighted to be a part of the wedding experience, and really appreciated the
preprinted cards with your website in order to take a look at their handiwork!
While I the snap’s service saved us a lot of time and money, the pictures
really speak for themselves!

I Thee Snap was the best decision we made for the wedding (besides the getting married part!). They made everything so easy and the guests really enjoyed looking at all the candid photos from the cameras. It was so much more cost-effective than buying disposable cameras ourselves & getting them developed. If we would have done that, we still would have had to scan and upload them so the guests could see the photos. We will definitely used the service again for our next big party! Thank you so much!

| Elizabeth & I both agree that the I Thee Snap photos were a totally positive experience at our wedding. The guests really enjoyed the concept. The colorful cameras added to the festivities at the reception and created an atmosphere of participation by our guests. We had fun using up all the shots on each camera (and only wish we had opened a few and used them at the actual wedding ceremony rather than wait until the reception, but that's a minor point, our choices).
It is fun to see what some of our guests focused on, and indeed many memories were caught of images and events that Elizabeth and I were too busy at the time to notice. Opening the website and perusing the photos was like an addtional wedding gift! We wonder "who took what pictures?" but that is like a pleasant jigsaw puzzle to solve. Some photos bear the evidence of the creative personalities of our friends and family, and we're grateful for those one-of-a-kind images.
We were impressed at the FAST turnaround time (once we got the package mailed back to you), the high-quality website, the DVD and the prints. I like the ability to be able to delete off-quality shots on the website, so we were able to narrow down our total collection to only the best ones.
The ability to download HIGH quality copies is a major plus! We've received reports from many friends that they have downloaded their favorites. The website is also a great way for friends and family that were unable to attend to get a glimpse of our wedding days--this is a very nice additional use of the whole I Thee Snap concept.
I would recommend your service to anyone, and would encourage any friends and family members to certainly use I Thee Snap at their wedding.
